just like what i've said.. ill soon be posting about our newest angel.. his name is julio sebastian and he was born last june 22 at around 6:06 am..

june 21, while we were watching tv, i told junnie that my tummy is painful. he asked me if i think 'it's time' already but i told him no because the pain was tolerable. but junnie called my ob and she advised him to bring me to the hospital since i'm overdue already. i was cool the whole time because the pain was really tolerable, it would contract for a few seconds and it would disappear. i was so relaxed that even the doctors were amazed on how i am able to handle the pain. i've always been like that, even during the first pregnancy.. my doctor said that my pain tolerance is big, that's why no one heard me shout the whole time i was in the labor room.. but the scenario in the delivery room was different...

20 minutes before i was put in the delivery room, my doctor injected me with a medicine that would lessen the pain of contractions. she told me that it would make me sleepy.. hell it did make me sleepy.. sleepy to death! i literally could'nt open my eyes, and talk for that matter! it made me super sleepy.. that i was actually sleeping while delivering my baby!!!!! i would fall asleep in the middle of those hard pushing!!! hehehe.. really!!! but that did not make me not feel the pain of giving birth... hay naku.. all i could say is that.. NOW i really appreciate my mom more.. promise!

so at around 6:06 am.. our new darling came out.. who looks so much like his dad.. he weights 6.16 lbs and he was 21cm long..

i always knew that love can take away the pain... i never thought that pain can sometimes take away the love...

it's funny... by this time... i'm supposed to be saying.. "tart it's time"... but no... i'm still not giving birth.... haaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy!!!!!!!
i wonder what baby Basti is waiting for... hay naku...

but my ob said the baby is perfectly fine.. he just doesnt want to come out palang talaga.. im having a check-up again on wed.. she'll check how the baby is doing.. if he still doesnt come out by wed.. my ob would have to induce my contractions.. oh baby please come out na!!!!!

i am on my 37th week.. which means after the 38th week.. i am ready to give birth anytime.. it's funny but i am really feeling scared.. i pray that i wont have a difficult time and that my baby and i go through this this safely... although i have experienced giving birth already, i cant help but feel scared especially since i've read that no two pregancies are the same... i didnt have a hard time giving birth to joaqui.. in fact it was so easy that everytime i'd share my first birthing experience, people would say that i am lucky... i hope to be lucky the second time around...

oh.. did i tell you that we're having a BOY? yes we are... hehehe... we all thought it's going to be a girl, but surprise, surprise! :) junnie is undeniably happy.. he keeps on telling people... it didnt disappoint me though... inside of me i already felt that it is going to be a boy again... hehehe... we're naming him JULIO SEBASTIAN and his nickname will be Basti.. cute huh? hehehe :)

joaqui is excited to see his baby brother.. in fact, he sings to him at night and he's the one who puts lotion on my tummy... :)
